Company Background. Big Daddy's Speed Center in Grove City, PA, is a family-run performance and racing parts shop with over two decades of experience serving local racers. Owned by R. Hall, the shop has operated for over 20 years, building a reputation for supporting the local racing scenes in Western Pennsylvania and Northeastern Ohio.
The challenge. As Big Daddy’s expanded both its inventory and racing catalog, three core challenges arose. Serving the customer where they wanted to be served expanded Big Daddy’s need for greater retail and online presence. Along with the catalog, new, higher-priced items such as racing tires created a need for varied payment solutions for its customers.
